  • Note 1: Before applying, please read the recruitment notice carefully/ आवेदन करने से पहले कृपया भर्ती सूचना ध्यान से पढ़ लें।
  • Note 2: Photo and Signature size should not be more than 500KB / फोटो और हस्ताक्षर 500KB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए!
  • Note 3: Enclosures size should not be more than 4MB / संलग्नक का आकार 4MB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए!
  • Note 4: Photo and Signature must be in .jpg format and Enclosures in .pdf format / फोटो और हस्ताक्षर .jpg प्रारूप में और संलग्नक .pdf प्रारूप में होने चाहिए।
Important Instructions (English)
  • Eligibility Check:
    Ensure you meet the criteria mentioned in the official advertisement before applying.
  • Mandatory Documents (Self-Attested Copies as applicable):
    a) 10th Certificate or Marksheet
    b) Graduation Degree or Final Year Marksheet
    c) Last available semester Marksheet (if final year appearing)
    d) GATE-2025 Score Card
    e) Reservation proof (if applicable)
    f) Age relaxation proof (if applicable)
  • Submission of Application Form:
    a) After the final submission of the application, the option to download the filled application form in PDF format will be available. Please ensure you download and retain it safely.
    b) After submitting the application, the filled application form (in PDF format) along with all requisite documents must be sent to the UPSBCL email ID: upsbclrecruitment@gmail.com, clearly mentioning your application registration number.
    c) If you are facing any difficulty in filling the form or have any other issue, please email your query to: helprecruitment2025@gmail.com.

  • पात्रता की जाँच:
    विस्तृत विज्ञापन पढ़कर पात्रता सुनिश्चित करें, फिर आवेदन करें।
  • आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (स्व-प्रमाणित प्रतियां, जहां लागू हो।):
    a) 10वीं की मार्कशीट या प्रमाण पत्र
    b) स्नातक की डिग्री या अंतिम वर्ष की मार्कशीट
    c) अंतिम उपलब्ध सेमेस्टर की मार्कशीट (यदि अंतिम वर्ष में हैं)
    d) GATE-2025 स्कोर कार्ड
    e) आरक्षण के लिए वैध दस्तावेज़ (यदि लागू हो)
    f) आयु छूट हेतु वैध दस्तावेज़ (यदि लागू हो)
  • आवेदन पत्र का प्रस्तुतिकरण:
    a) फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद, भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र PDF फॉर्मेट में डाउनलोड करने का विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा। कृपया इसे डाउनलोड करके सुरक्षित रखें।
    b) आवेदन जमा करने के बाद, भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र (PDF प्रारूप में) एवं सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को अपनी आवेदन पंजीकरण संख्या स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करते हुए UPSBCL की ईमेल आईडी: upsbclrecruitment@gmail.com पर भेजना अनिवार्य है।
    c) यदि आपको फॉर्म भरने में कोई कठिनाई हो रही है या कोई अन्य समस्या है, तो कृपया अपनी समस्या इस ईमेल आईडी पर भेजें: helprecruitment2025@gmail.com
